My Journey
Hi, I’m Adrienne.
My journey hasn't been a straight line—it is a deeply personal journey shaped by grief, healing, self-discovery, and growth. I lost my mother when I was just 12 years old, and that early loss left me navigating abandonment, resilience, and the search for belonging.
Over the years, I’ve lived a full, beautifully imperfect life: raising three incredible children (now grown and thriving), building a career that was both rewarding and at times wildly stressful. I am on a continual journey of building deep, authentic relationships — with myself and with others. Through the highs and lows, I’ve laughed hard, cried often, and never stopped growing.
Music has always been one of my soul’s safe spaces—I play piano and guitar, and I sing (with heart, not always perfect pitch!). Today, I’m deeply grateful for a life rich with love, connection, and purpose.
I bring over 20 years of coaching experience since graduating from CoachU and have previously held my ICF ACC accreditation.
If my story resonates with yours, know that you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
Peace begins with us. 🧡
What Clients Are Saying
Ade was pivotal in the professional growth that I experienced over the last year...
I absolutely loved working with Ade! I enjoyed the challenges she gave me. I always felt better after talking to her. She helped me see things in a different light, a light I needed. She helped me feel validated in my thinking and taught me to reach even further.
Ade provided an open and safe forum to discuss thoughts and patterns that hold me back. Her voice is soothing while she provides thoughts and ideas to redirect negative patterns. I had so many ah-ha moments in our conversations that highlighted where I need to change the direction of my life.
