Gratitude Is Contagious

Gratitude
A Well-being Supercharger!

The practice of gratitude was instilled in me from a young age. It was common in my family to hear 'Aren't we lucky to have each other'. I grateful that it is still a commonly used in our families today.

This practice, the practice of gratitude, stuck with me.

Life is hard, no doubt about that. Things happen that I am not grateful for. Things that make one overcome with grief. Finding grace and gratitude in other areas of my life helps me navigate through tough times.

The More Grateful I Am, The More Grateful I Am!
